When you create a trip, we collect your destinations, travel dates, cities, group, budget, pace, interests, food and dietary preferences, accommodation area and any other details you provide. We also process basic technical information such as session cookies and limited security records to keep accounts working and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to manage your account, enforce the monthly trip limit, generate and save your itineraries, send password reset emails, maintain security and respond to requests. Your trip answers are sent to OpenAI so its AI service can research and generate your plan. Avoid entering information about other people that they have not agreed to share.

Service providers and sharing

We use a hosting provider to store the site and database, OpenAI to generate itineraries, and an email provider to send account messages. These providers process information to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal information or share your contact or trip details with travel companies for their marketing. If we change how we share information, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law before doing so.

Storage and choices

We keep account information and saved trips while your account is active and may retain limited records as needed for security, legal obligations or dispute handling. To request access, correction or deletion of your account and trips, email marketing@socioshoot.com. Some records may be retained where required by law. Our hosting, AI and email providers may process information in countries outside your own.

Cookies and changes

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect your account. If we later introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law. We may update this policy as the service changes; the latest version and its date will appear on this page.
